Current Challenge is Full


The Body Composition Challenge is a focused commitment to making lasting changes to your current body fat and muscle mass composition. The key to success in this challenge is a combination of personal commitment, accountability from our coaches, and support from other challenge members. We do not just commit to our goals, but to the other people who are undertaking the same challenge. This is a results-oriented challenge and is designed for people who are ready to make a change in their daily habits to see the change on the scale, in the mirror, and in their clothes. While most people will have weight-loss related goals, this challenge is also appropriate for anybody who wishes to pack on as much muscle mass as possible in a 60-day period. 


This challenge is not a crash diet. While you will certainly have to reduce food intake, there are no food restrictions in the challenge. This challenge is not a magic pill. The only way to lose significant weight is to learn to monitor and reduce caloric intake. This takes work and discipline. Those looking for a magic system without having to do the work should not join the challenge. The challenge is also not weight-loss therapy. While our coaches will check in often and help remind you to stay on track, they are not therapists and cannot solve deeper emotional or psychological reasons for not adhering to the program.


We are breaking the stigma around weight loss and gain being “rocket science." It is very simple, yet often can be difficult to stay disciplined. This challenge heavily emphasizes education, accountability, and group support to help us achieve our goals together. As you see in the pictures above, if you stick to the plan, you will see drastic changes!

Eric’s Story

"Two weeks into January I joined the trial body composition program in hopes to drop weight, while continuing to get myself into better shape. Since my first weigh in on January 23, at 298lbs, now on July 19th I weigh in at 236 lbs. Over 60 lbs loss in 7 months.

Jamie's Story

From the moment I saw the notice of body comp mentioned in the newsletter I was intrigued.  I was about 15 months postpartum with my third baby and felt a bit lost.  Since completing body comp I realize now more than ever how much I missed having time and something to focus on for myself.  It's such a struggle as a busy parent to justify the time and energy on anything other than your kids, but I'm here to say you NEED to focus on you and I truly think you will be a better parent as a result of that time you spend on yourself.  


After going back and forth for about a week (and trying to convince my husband that it wouldn't impact our family too much!) I decided to give it a try.  I knew I didn't have a ton of weight to lose, but certainly had some to get rid of and wanted to tone up.  Showing up to my first weigh in I questioned if I made the right decision.  Wondering if I was able to make the progress that I wanted and if I would actually see any results when this was all over.  I've worked out my entire life and can honestly say I usually love it.  Activity has never been my issue, but I also LOVE food.  


I can say that I am SO happy with my results.  I got pregnant with all three of my kids at the same exact weight, but am now down 20 pounds from that weight! I never thought that I would reach a prepregnancy weight with what seemed like minor sacrifices.  Dedication, support and desire is all you need!  Keep pushing and think it's possible!"
