IRON HOUR
Iron Hour classes follow a four-week progressive program where we prioritize a handful of movements and muscle groups. You can expect to see main lifts like the deadlift, bench press, or landmine squat. Watch your technique and stability improve with each week of the program. Iron Hour is the best class to take for those seeking to maximize strength and muscle mass.

POWER HOUR
Power Hour is all about skill development. Train a variety of movements with a focus on expressing the strength built in Iron Hour classes. This fast-paced class attacks Endurance, Mobility, Power, and Physique development to fully develop your athleticism and ease of movement.

Power Hour classes change the priority movements and muscle groups every month and focus on improving a set of specific skills. This class is an excellent complement to our Iron Hour program and a fan favorite for people who love to test themselves!
