Youth Speed & Agility Camp

Take your kids’ development to the next level this summer at Strength Academy. Our Youth Speed & Agility Camp is built to develop faster, stronger, and more confident kids through structured, high-energy training sessions led by experienced strength coaches.
At Strength Academy, we focus on mastering the fundamentals that matter most—proper sprint mechanics, explosive acceleration, quick change of direction, and total body control. Kids will be coached in a supportive, competitive environment that pushes them to improve while still having fun.
This program is intended for children 8-15 years old. Once registered, parents and participants will receive information regarding location and policies.
