MEMBERSHIP SELECTION FORM

Legacy Pricing Presale - 5/29-6/7 @12pm (noon)

The Legacy Pricing Presale is available only to current Strength Academy as of May 29th, 2026. This presale is live from Friday, May 29th, 2026 to 12pm (noon) Sunday, June 7th, 2026. All Strength Academy members, regardless of membership level, must use the membership form to select a new membership. Filling out the form guarantees a discounted rate while the membership is active.

Early Bird Pricing Presale - 6/7 @1pm-6/14 @1pm

The Early Bird Pricing Presale is an exciting offer for community members who want to secure their membership in the new gym. This presale is live from Sunday, June 7th @ 1pm to 1pm on Sunday, June 28th, 2026. Filling out the form guarantees a discounted rate while the membership is active.

What happens if I do not fill out the member selection form?

If current members do not select a new membership option during the Legacy Pricing or Early Bird Pricing presales, your membership will be switched automatically to the Training membership plan on June 28th, 2026. This automatic transition will take place for all members, regardless of membership type, if the Membership Selection Form is not filled out.

Will I always receive Legacy or Early Bird Pricing?

Legacy and Early Bird Pricing will remain an option to all members who sign up for their membership through the presale. This includes memberships that are paused or switched to memberships of lower or higher value. Exceptions include members who choose to cancel their membership or if the business were to restructure membership pricing. Members who cancel their Legacy or Early Bird Pricing membership will be subject to full membership prices upon repurchase.

CLASS PACKS

How do I know if this applies to me?

Check your PushPress Members app to see if you have an active class pack (including 10 Class Pack, 20 Class Pack, Summer 6 Pack, and Black Friday 6 for $65). To check for an active class pack, follow these steps:  Open your members app and select “Memberships” from the main screen.  From here, you can see if you have an active class pack. If you have an active class pack, click the pack from the list to see how many punches you have remaining  Class packs that expire or are completed (used all punches) prior to June 28th, 2026 are exempt from the credit system

How will my classes be credited? 

MEMBERS WITH A RECURRING MEMBERSHIP & CLASS PACK - CREDITING A NEW MEMBERSHIP Based on your answers to the Membership Selection Form during Legacy Pricing or Early Bird presales, the membership you choose will be added to your PushPress account Members who do not respond to the form by June 28th, 2026 will have their recurring membership automatically switched to the Training membership cycle upon June 28th On June 28th, any unused punches from an active Class Pack will be credited towards a new membership. Credit amounts per punch: 10 Class Pack: one punch = $15 20 Class Pack: one punch = $13 Summer 6 Pack & Black Friday 6 for $65: one punch = $10.83 The dollar amount of unused punches (punch cost x number of punches remaining as of June 28th, 2026) will be credited towards your membership cost If the dollar amount of unused punches is greater than the cost of the first month billing amount, the remaining balance will be credited towards the following month You can utilize class punches until June 28th, 2026 if you selected a new membership during the Legacy Pricing or Early Bird presale. Class Packs used to credit a new membership will be manually cancelled on June 28th, 2026. Class Packs that expire or are completed (used all punches) before June 28th, 2026 are exempt from the credit system. MEMBERS WHO HAVE A CLASS PACK ONLY - YOU CHOOSE TO USE CLASS PACK UNTIL JULY 31ST AND CREDIT NEW MEMBERSHIP Class Packs can be used until July 31st, 2026 only if a new membership is not selected during Legacy or Early Bird Pricing presales Members with active Class Packs who DID NOT select a new membership during the Legacy Pricing and Early Bird presales will be contacted weekly during the month of July to select a new membership Members who have unused punches from an active Class Pack will be credited towards a new membership. Credit amounts per punch: 10 Class Pack: one punch = $15 20 Class Pack: one punch = $13 Summer 6 Pack & Black Friday 6 for $65: one punch = $10.83 The dollar amount of unused punches (punch cost x number of punches remaining as of July 31st, 2026) will be credited towards your membership cost If the dollar amount of unused punches is greater than the cost of the first month billing amount, the remaining balance will be credited towards the following month The dollar amount will be credited towards a full priced membership. BUDDY PASSES

How do I know if I get Buddy Passes?

Buddy Passes can be used to invite friends and family into the gym each month. These Buddy Passes are a special perk with the following memberships: Lifestyle (2/month), Lifestyle+ (3/month), and The Crew (4/month per person). These passes are not stackable and reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Who can use Buddy Passes?

Buddy Passes can be used by anyone age 10 and up. Individuals under age 18 must attend class with the member whose Buddy Pass they are utilizing.

How do I use my Buddy Passes?

To share your Buddy Pass with a friend, send them the following link: https://strengthacademy.pushpress.com/settings/leads Your guest must utilize the form to create an account (if they do not already have one) and register for a class. Guests must still reserve their spot in class using the Buddy Pass and sign their waiver prior to class.

How are Buddy Passes tracked?

All members who are eligible for Buddy Passes will have a free, recurring “Buddy Pass” membership added to their account. When guests register for their Buddy Pass on PushPress, they are prompted to state the member whose pass they are utilizing. On the administration side, the number of punches available on the “Buddy Pass” membership will be deducted to reflect the Buddy Pass(es) used. Your guest must utilize the form to create an account (if they do not already have one) and register for a class. Guests must still reserve their spot in class using the Buddy Pass and sign their waiver prior to class.

KID CARE

How do I know if I have access to Kid Care?

Kid Care is a special perk offered to members with the Lifestyle+ and The Crew memberships. Parents with either of these eligible memberships will be able to drop their children off during available classes Monday through Saturday, unless specifically stated otherwise on the schedule (marked with a “K” on class scheduling).

What if only one parent has a Lifestyle+ membership?

To drop off your child for Kid Care, the parent attending the class must have the appropriate membership. Parents with differing membership types and amenities may not both have the ability to utilize Kid Care. The parent with the appropriate membership is the only one able to drop children off during class time.

When can I drop off and pick up my children?

Parents can drop their children off in the designated Kid Care area no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of the next class time, and must pick up their children no later than 30 minutes after class time has ended.

What are the responsibilities of the supervisor?

It is the responsibility of supervisors to ensure children are safe, clean, and entertained while in their care. Supervisors are not responsible for the following: Providing snacks and drinks, other than water; Administering medications or medicines; Changing diapers or assisting toileting

What are the responsibilities of the parent?

It is the responsibility of the parent to ensure the following: Children wearing diapers or pull ups are clean and not in need of changing upon drop off; Children are able to use a private bathroom alone if out of pull ups (if child is unable to, parent must step out of class and assist their child); If a child in diapers requires changing, parent must step out of class to change the diaper

Can I leave while my child is at Kid Care?

For your child’s safety, parents must remain on Strength Academy premises for the entire duration of care. Parents may not leave the premises at any time without their children, including before, during, or after class. Parents may not leave their children at Strength Academy and not attend class.
