Small Group & 1-on-1
PERSONAL TRAINING IS A GREAT OPTION IF:

You have specific training goals that are not met by the group programming. Examples are training for an athletic event or wanting to train with a modality not used in the group classes, such as barbell training, olympic lifting, endurance event training, etc.

You have an injury or movement issue that needs individualized attention.

The idea of jumping into the group training program is overwhelming and you want additional help preparing yourself to join the group.

You cannot attend the group class times.
